This month our Jr Chef program was a lot of fun with a Back to School theme!
momstown Guelph was pleased to welcome Metro as a sponsor who provided us with lots of great brand choices at great prices for our event!

We started our event by decorating our paper lunch bags.
Then we started our lunch bag by packing our own snack mix including Kraft Fruit Krisps, Raisins, Marshmallows and Goldfish! The kids loved making their own mix and were eager to dig in!
We had some fun in the kitchen by mixing up some Lunchbox Cheese Muffins, the kids each took a turn measuring out the ingredients. Then we mixed it up and popped it in the oven for twenty minutes. This is a great substitution for sandwiches in the lunchbox.
We made a second healthy snack with Celery Stoplights.
Finished it all off with some great drink choices!
