Ever since she was little, Kristina struggled with her weight. She continued to make poor lifestyle changes even as she moved on from home which caused her to become the largest she had ever been. Kristina decided to take the reigns on her own weight loss journey and joined a gym. Finding new friendships and learning more than ever, she decided to immerse herself in a new lifestyle.
Kristina received her Personal Training
and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist certifications through Can Fit Pro as
well as a certified Yoga Instructor.
When she realized how many people
wouldn’t come near the gym due to time, location and insecurity about starting
in a new place- she decided to become self employed. In home, office or her
studio in Arthur she can get you to your goals. Kristina brings the gym to you,
servicing Arthur, Fergus/Elora and Mountforest! Weights, balls, bands, TRX and
anything in between- she will come to your house for an hour to get your
workouts in! Whether you are a stay at home mom looking to get back in shape or
a working mom who’s just to busy to add in all of the extras of getting to and
from the gym Kristina will make it work for you. When working with a personal
trainer, your fitness plan is tailored to YOUR needs to get you to your goals
in the safest and fastest way possible. With a trainer, you CAN work around old
injuries, you CAN have your kids doing jumping jacks with you while you work
out, you CAN make fitness a long term lifestyle and do it without a gym.
Kristina enjoys taking workouts outside as well as inside to show you how to
use things around you for improving your fitness level.
Kristina fuses strength training, with yoga
and cardio to provide you with everything you need to become fit safely and
quickly.

The secret in a healthier, happier you lies in the very fundamentals of muscle strengthening itself. If I can teach you but this one principle... a muscle has to pushed, pulled, contracted, relaxed, and ultimately stretched to its limits in order to build up healthier and stronger. This means pushing yourself. This means leaving your comfort zone and trying new things. This means that if you sit on the couch, go to the gym, walk, do your exercise DVD, eat potato chips, squat in your living room, whatever is your comfort zone, you may not be realizing your full potential because you have not yet started to approach that potential. Herein lies today's motivation...
