First I have to say it is nice that the only assembly is to click the legs in place once you have removed it from the box. It comes ready to play which is good because once the kids caught sight of it they were ready to get their hands on it.
Now really it is my son who is within the age recommended on the box and he was immediately taken by the sounds and colours of the toy. But my daughter who is 4 1/2 was not going to let him have it all to himself. She immediately took over the small computer. She might be watching mommy work a lot as she seems to know just what to do!
My son was more taken by the phone and spent a lot of time talking to the person on the other end of the line!
Both enjoyed the many songs that the table plays. They have been dancing around the living room since we took it out of the box. That is in part what makes it so great for sharing! Both kids can dance at the same time. Because there is 4 different play stations, the computer, phone, book and piano one child can be playing with one while the other is at another.
This is a great toy, I love the features as a mom. It encourages imaginative play and cooperation between my kids! I know that this toy will be getting use for years to come.

I love it when kids play around and experiment with music! You should see how much fun they have with Garage Band on the iPad!! No kidding! Even at 3 years old :) The drums are pretty neat because they change sparkly blue and the piano you can change into different kinds/sound and the guitar is really fun because it can be a rock one or a regular one. Yes, I just interviewed my 3 kids about it as they know more about it than me! hahaha! And, they are still going on about it.... Yup, iPad Garage Band for as young as 3 years old! lol
