We had tons of fun at the Alphabet Play sponsored by Post
Alpha-bits cereal, we were exploring the letter X. Now what starts with
X…. that's a hard one. We decided to make some X-ray fish handprints.
We
started with some black paper as a background and added another
coloured paper for the base then we painted one hand with black paint
and put it on the paper. After that we added some white fish bones on
top of the handprint to finish our fish.
Once craft time was over we played with letters in water, trying to fish them out. We played with letters hiding
them under colourful bowls and we even played a letter match game.
Of
course with all of this playing we got quite hungry and stopped to have
some Post Alpha-bits cereal at our special picnic on the floor.
We finished the day off with some singing and some instruments!
