Art & Play: On The Farm Picasso’s

The momstown Guelph moms and little artists met this month for some Picasso’s In The Park. Our theme this month is On The Farm, so we made tractors.












In typical momstown Picasso’s style, we had to get messy while doing it, so our tractors were made from footprints. This meant stepping in paint, which always feels neat on the feet!

The children had fun creating farm scenes around their tractors, and cutting out different shapes to decorate with.

























While the little artists were busy creating, the moms were able to hear a presentation about Water Safety from a Red Cross volunteer. There was a great discussion about life jackets, and swimming safety and lots of time to ask questions.

As always, we ended the event with some play time at the park.
